THIS APP CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 50 PER NIGHT -
This app is designed to book hotel stays. The app quoted me $113 per night. The actual price that was charged to my card was 126.33 per night PLUS a 20 fee per night. Then when i arrived at the hotel, they wanted an extra 30 per night IN CASH ONLY.. despite that the app had sent me a reciept that stated that the balance due was ZERO. So basically I was charged 50 more PER NIGHT than the quote. TOTAL RIPOFF.
Then when i called the app directly, the best they could do was give me a 'coupon' credit that must be used in 60 days. This app is fradulent and criminal in their use of hidden fees, taxes and claiming that they don't have any responsibilty for the additional charges that the hotel tacked on (30 per night).
To top it off, the manager I spoke with (Rebecca) actually hung up on me. AVOID THIS APP AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OF YOUR CHOICE.
