hotinthesale.com hotinthesale took the money but didn't deliver bentonville Arkansas

purchased an electric scooter from hotinthesale.com.
they require western union payment.
western union contacted me and said that payment was collected, but they have not shipped the item.
this is my first experience of internet theft and will be checking background more carefully in future.
dont know how to get their web site shut down, hoping this report will assist.
