I ordered a movie, which they then "said" they were unable to fulfill. They then began to charge a $9.95 MONTHLY fee.. (for membership?) even though I never used any of their services. By the time I noticed and questioned this charge on my VISA card they had charged me 6 months ($59.60) when VISA threatened them they "offered" to refund 2 months charges (which means I am still out some $40). They steal this $9.95 monthly charge until they are caught then refund the last 2 months.

Look at the net under hotmovies.com complaints!!! Many others have been ripped off ...I hope this helps a few consumers out there!!!
