Hotwire Hotwire.com Beware! Takes your money and doesn't give you trip then denies it wtf! Internet

I  called to set up a reservation for a week stay at a hotel in a city i was visiting. Thought I was getting a deal with a secret hotel for less than 200 dollars... WRONG.  After listening to them explain all the conditions of the reservation i was hyped up and gladly gave my credit card information. The rep barely understood English so it took close to 40 minutes to exchange information. Claimed my billing address was wrong (stayed at the same address for over five years). Kept repeating myself.  Three clicks of her mouse and then i hear "I'm sorry there have been too many address verification attempts, I cannot book your room" Already pissed because i felt like i missed out on a deal due to someone else's end, I said fine.  I asked her did they charge my card.  She says no.  I hang up,  check my banking statement and long behold 200 dollars is deducted. Thinking in the technology fast paced mind frame,  I called them back quickly to get the issue resolved.  They tell again that they did not take the 199.47 cents from me!  I asked to talk to a supervisor,  they gave me the run around and transferred me to their "cover our asses" department,  which you must leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back.  You mean to tell me you can take my hard earned money and can't even talk to me????.  I had to call my bank, dispute the charges and wait to get my money back, given that was all my room and boarding funds. It's one thing to lie about how you deliver "great" customer service but not money that me AND my bank seen. Please try to find another website, I have four days to live on pocket change until its pay day, and struggle to find another room.
