I could just die for referring my client to this company. Mrs. Beah is a fraud. She had told my friend it takes six months to get her dress in. Six weeks later she calls to explain the colors (she told her they carried), do not come in this style.

So, why is the order being placed six weeks later. In this six weeks, designer silk arrangements, bridesmaids flowers, Groomsmen bouts., any flower you could imagine needing for a wedding has already been in production for a month, Flower Girl and Mother's dresses have been purchased.

Most of these things are not returnable. Mrs. Beah offered $ 200.00 off the dress, which made it equal to the interent price, off the website. We weren't asking for a free dress all we were asking was for 50% off, $ 100.00 off the website price.

Seeing that, THE HOUSE OF BRIDES IS COSTING MY FRIEND THREE TIMES THE PRICE OF HER DRESS. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THE DRESS ISN'T AVAILABLE IN WHITE. HELLO, YOU OWN THE BRIDAL STORE?

How do you sell a product, you know nothing about?

Not only that MRS. BEAH was totally disrespectful women I have ever met! I am a local designer and I'll be sure never to send her business again.

This lady does not please customers she screws them. She lied to us from day one. How does the city aprove her business. Why is there nothing you can do. She said to contact customer service, and we did.

They don't deal with in store issues. They only deal with the website. The next morning she called and refunded the money and refused our business.

Customer Service called and (when my friend started getting upset) said, " I wasn't even supposed to call you, I just thought I'd be nice.

So were the even going to let know they weren't going to help, with the problems they caused. You know how hard it is to find your dream dress and then have your heart stomped on.

How does Glen Ellyn have them as a business. As a Sales Representative / Design Consultant, I am shocked at how we have been treating, and I am saying we cause I saw it first hand.

YOU CAN't REFUSE US!

AMY WE WANT TO SPEAK WITH YOU, PLEASE WRITE BACK!!!

THEY LIE.
THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY IN THE END.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY THE SALE...
THEY DON'T ORDER RIGHT AWAY.
THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT.



CLOSE THEM DOWN, AND SAVE BRIDES FROM GETTING THEIR HEART BROKEN.

BY THE WAY, I FOUND A DRESS THERE AND LOOKED IT UP.
DESIGNER COST $ 99.00
HOUSE OF BRIDES $ 350.00

For some reason when I worked there the Buzieckis didn't like to give out their real name. I found it on the Illinois Secretary of State website. Yes, their name was on my paycheck but it was a scribbled signature, ineligible.

I also found out that Dale and Eva Buziecki divorced in 1981 and then had a couple of more kids. Not that its a big deal but they act like they are better than everyone esle. Maybe they got remarried I don't know but still.

Sorry for your problems. I dont think I worked with you or I would have been honest with you. I liked working with planners the best. They are very knowledgable.
