I ordered a wedding dress on May 14th on http://houseofbrides.com . They charged the money immediately after I ordered. And after that, the only email I received from them is " Your order has been proceeded". I've been waiting for a month and did not hear or receive anything from them. Then I called customer services and they said I should wait for another week ??? - I told them I already wait a month to received a confirmation email from houseofbrides.com, and why I have to wait for another week. They told me they do not know and can not check anything, just WAIT and then hung up into my face. I called again and nobody answered. I waited for a week and then called back, they said they do not know where my order is and hung up. I called back again and they said they could not do anything. I ask for a refund, they said just wait, they can not do anything and then again, hung up. I called 100 times again but nobody answers, the voice mail is full ( I think its full with complaints), so I emailed them more than 10 times. The only email I got back is " Check your spam mail box for our email if we sent you", I was surprised what kind of company email would fall into spam mail box. I checked my spam mail box and did not see anything from them. I called, emailed, tried to chat online but I got no answer from them.

What should I do ? How could I get my money back if I could not contact them ? I just checked online and a lot of people are in the same situation. This must be a big SCAM company. We should get together and sue them or do something about that. Please help me out
