I ordered my wedding dress and it came in the wrong color. There was an illness in the family so the wedding date got postphoned to next year. I had them change the size down one size. They said I had to email so they had it in writing. The new dress did not come in time for the wedding and it was not the correct size. I emailed/called and no one would help. This went on for months. The manager Joanne is a joke. She would not even call me back. I asked for my money bakc and they said there was nothing they could do. Really??? I would NEVER use this company for your special day :(
