Household Automotive Finance, ripoff authorized 500.00 payment then took 600.00 & overdrew my account, terrible customer service, Pomona California

The first instance was when I authorized a payment from my checking account and gave them all the information from my bank to direct debit the money. They in turn took the money from the previous account that was in the system and bounced 4 checks.

It took over 5 month of faxing our back account statments to show them to get our money back. The second instance was: I authorized a 500.00 payment to be direct debited out of my account and they withdrew 600.00 from my account and bounced 2 checks.

At this moment during writing I have been on the phone for over an hour and a 1/2 and still have been unable to get a supervisor on the phone. They throw me back into the queue and I have to start over again. I am a victim of Hurricane Charley and Francis with a 4 year old daughter. I am facing 15,000.00 worth of damage to my home and have no food in my home to feed my family due to being out of power for 4 days. They want me to fax my bank statements to them for proof and they will not accept an online statement. My account statement does not drop for another 2 weeks.

I cannot get anyone from this company to help me. They are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
