This company, Household Automotive, HSBC, Household Finance (they have had several names) is a secondary lender. This means they will establish loans with certain high risk individuals. The auto loan division will not hesitate to repossess a vehicle, they break consumer laws and constantly make phone calls all day long from 9:30a.m. to 8:45p.m. They will call upwards of ten times in an hour. They are not understanding to make reasonable arrangements with their customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOAN COMPANY. It will be a regrettable decision.
