I won an F350 2004 Ford truck on e-bay on July 30 2009.  I was set to take 3 days of leave (I'm in the Navy) to fly to Houston to pick up my truck and drive it back to San Diego.  The defendant convinced me first to wire him the difference on the auctions winning bid of $15,095 after the initial paypal $1000.00 was sent.

The Truck was finally delivered in Sept 09 (while I was at sea) to a friend of mine, and was not running.  He finally got it started, but there was no power 15 MPH max.  He got it over to Dave's Auto in Chula Vista, where after over $6000.00 worth of repairs, it still sits to this day.
