Complaint Review: Hoverflex
Hoverflex My son purchased a hover board from hover flex. It worked for about an hour and then would not move at all. I have tried many times to contact the company about this issue and they never answer the phone. They do not respond to emails and have made no effort to correct this issue. Santa Barbara California

My son purchased a hover board from the Hoverflex website. He was able to ride the hover board, which was an entirely different brand from that listed on their website-for about 1 hour before it quit working. I have tried many times to contact the company to no avail. They do not answer their phones or it is always a busy signal. I have emailed them and their only response was to purchase the additional warranty. After that, I got no response at all. He did not even ride the hover board outside of the house, so the initial warranty should have still been in place.
