You sound like a very honorable person and principled beyond belief. I have become very interested in your rebuttal because of how sincere and determined you are to defend your company.

I wanted to add another suggestion and that is to share with us some of your internal conversations with your staff on how you address all of your satisfied customers one on one.
I'm sure you have some of those saved and that would also help in reaffirming that all the information that has been posted is false.

Wow !  It sounds like you have a nice , legitimate company over there that clicks on all cylinders when doing the right thing by your customers. I have a suggestion that might help your cause and discredit all these reports.

By the way, are all these reports false ? Any how, by looking at your website I can see that you have hundreds of clients. Why don't you share all of your clients satisfied emails and comments and maybe even some background information on your employees,  in order to validate your comments on the great reputation and integrity of How2Vacation.com.

This would definitely discredit all of these negative reports. Just trying to help...

After researching this report and contacting our ONLY client who is named Robert in Poconos PA, it has been verified and confirmed, that at no time did this client ever submit this report.  He as well, would never use such vulgarity and is offended that someone has attached his name to this slander. His account is current and in good standing.

The salesman named in this allegation is NOT the salesman of record on this account, and Mr. Murphy a well respected sales person on our staff, has been employed at How2 for the past 4 years. He is our Senior Content Manager and has an excellent rapore with the entire HOW2 client base.

How2 Vacation is a professional company and has been doing business for nearly a decade.  We are a genuine company who always strives forward to build a strong relationship with each and every one we do business with.  We are continually creating new services and products to ensure our clients exposure and build upon the already strong platform we have developed.  Because we have the ability to provide one-on-one service to each and every valued client, we will continue to do what it takes to put our best foot forward to ensure client satisfaction.

Please note that further investigation proves that this report was filed by a disgruntled former employee who hacked into our client database, posted these complaints, then sent a mass email thread to our client database with a link to the reports. We are rectifying the situation and taking action through various channels.
