My dvd/cdrw want bad 3 times and yes they replace them but now it is bad again. I ask them to send me a dvd burner but they said no and i have to buy 512k of memory for $54.98 because they would not send me 512k to replace the 256k that was in the notebook. Each time they have said no no no. All i am asking them is to send me a dvd burner for a replacement if the one that is dead is this a lot to ask i think not
