H.Pearce Scott Unearned Enrichment Valdosta, Georgia

Well, what we have here is a good example of one of the pitfalls of the internet: any lunatic can find a website willing to publish lies intended to slander someone!

This report is not only false, it's ludicrous.  Pearce Scott  is an  honest, dilligent, and kind man. He would never, under any circumstances swindle someone; it's just not in his nature.  He has practised law for nearly thirty years and this is the only complaint ever been made against him. That fact alone speaks volumes.

Anyone who knows Pearce will tell you this is pure hogwash. The tragedy here is someone who doesn't know him may read this and worry it might be true and choose another lawyer who may not work as hard or treat them as fairly as he would. Of course, that's exactly what this disgruntled  person is hoping will happen.

Such a pack of lies is so ridiculous that at first I felt there was no need to comment since Pearce's reputation speaks for itself. But then I realized how unfair it is that someone could so blatantly villify him, free of charge I might add, while Pearce's only recourse is to pay Ripoff Report to have it arbitrated. Obviously she found the one  forum willing to let her spew her venom. This is completely unethical, and shouldn't be allowed.

Please recognize this report for what it is: the rantings of a malicious person with an axe to grind. When a person launches a nasty verbal attack on someone it's indicative of a personal vendetta thinly veiled as a complaint. 

If you want to find out what kind of lawyer Pearce Scott is, do your own research. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Pearce Scott is an excellent real estate, probate, estate planning attorney. He is honest, professional, polite and very detailed in his work.  I think he is by far the best attorney in Valdosta in the Real Estate/Probate market.  I have personally worked with Pearce and have known him for many years.  He will always go beyond to help his clients in their needs.  Pearce also volunteers for the Valdosta community at the soup kitchen and homeless shelter to help those in need.  Pearce is a great man and excellent attorney!

I have known Pearce Scott and Russell Wallace since they were young men in college. Both are now honest, hard working fellows who many think highly of.

This report only states vague accusations of character with no support of why he is saying Mr. Scott is not an honest person.

Disregard -- Pearce is a fine man and this report is 100% false!
