H&R BLOCK, CHESEAPEAKE OHIO LOCATION NANCY OF H&R BLOCK, IS THE WORLDS SMARTEST FEMALE IN THE ENTIRE USA CHESAPEAKE Ohio

I took my w2s to h&r block for the fourth year in a row, i applied for the instant refund loan, due to the large refund i was told i was recieving, this loan was denied by the bank, and the person that filed my taxes, told me to call the next day, and anyone that answered the phone could tell me if i had been approved for the two2 day loan,

i called and NANCY answered the phone, after a 10 minute wait being on hold, i hung up and called back, and NANCY had forgotten who i was and why i had called, i explained everything to her and she said oh no you will not recieve your money for 15 days, and i ask did you check my name in the computer? and she said no she didnt have to, she *JUST KNEW* that i would not recieve my refund for 15 days,so i ask if i would be charged for the instant loan rates, and she said yes, it was the banks fault, not *HERS*. i ask her one more time to check in the computer, and she said no ,

i then said NANCY YOU ARE BAR-NONE THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED EVER, AND SHE THEN TOLD ME, NO SHE WASNT, the office was short of people today, and she was exhausted, and the company needed to use another system of tax-preparers, and i said i am so sorry i bothered her,and she then said,NANCY, THEN TOLD ME SHE WAS JUST TOO BUSY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM CUSTOMERS ON THIS DAY, SHE WAS EXHAUSTED. AND THEN NANCY HUNG UP ON ME.

is this the most amazing ordeal ever from a company that states if you do your taxes at H&R BLOCK, AND I QUOTE, *YOU HAVE PEOPLE.*
