This company has terms that are never made clear - after the trial for which I thought I was simply getting trial samples, I was charged 89.00 and 94, respectively, for the products. They claimed i should have called to verify the terms. I got nowhere with customer service. They cancelled the recurring orders but would not refund the charges.
