HSBC is NOT HFC it's(Hong Kong Shangi Bank Corp). I re-fid my (2nd mtg) w/123 Loan..they immideatly sold it to HSBC..they never got me put into thier "system" for 3 months (becasue I kept calling for NO surprise's)..then they whapped me w/a 3mo+ bill, fees, and the (15 day legal disclosure (saying,.."their now my lender"). Coincedintly (2) other people's SS#'s got on my credit bureau reports, and dropped my mid-scores from #640 to #480, that day! (I couldnet re-fi out of them, no one will touch that score). HSBC wouldent honer the "3mo treaser rate" of 123 Loan, (they wanted all or nothing). Im now in forclosure.

Im in forclosure becasue 123 Loan sold to HSBC (Hong Kong Shangi Bank Corp)- It's NOT Household Finance! Oddly, (2)SS#s appeared on my credit bureaus the day of signing. I could not re-fi out of them, becasue it dropped my scores down over 180 points (below 500).. NO one will touch my credit.
They didnt get me in thier system for over 3+ months, then HIT me with all the months, fees, and percentages they could, all at once,(and then illigaly announced they were my new lender, REFUSING to work w/me, wanting all or nothing. They did not honer the 3mo "teaser rate or interest" from 123 Loan, and forced my home into forclosure (becasue they found out I my equity went up alot).
They were my (2nd) note, NOT my 1st. (they got a bad, non legally state law compliant Trustee to do the dirty work).
