- And anyone can post on a Public Web Site and claim that a legitimate number is to a scam company pretending to be a real company. Doesn't make it true.

In the end a few things:

A company is not going to out of the blue charge a card...they got that number from somewhere. It is that somewhere you need to concentrate on.

A company does not have to be a "scam" to have the bank reverse your charges if your card was compromised.

A bank "reversing" the charges is only temporary while they investigate. It is possible to still have the charges return if the bank investigation denys the dispute.  But in the end even if they don't it still does not mean that the company was a scam.

A lot can also be said by your refusal to post the "real" company information so other people don't make the same mistake

 25 charges of 12 each reversed by my bank who agrees with me . Call the phone number yourself . Don't listen to this guy who is clearly a plant for the criminal organization. I'm filing a police report on the company . They want you to believe they are home shooing network by using the initials . Anyone can call them self anything. Doesn't make it real.

Since you are obviously not going to believe anything posted here, if you truly believe that the Company and Phone Number you have is not to the "real" Home Shopping Network, then search for the "Home Shopping Network" on your own and call them up.

Tell them that there is a fake company trying to pretend to be the Home Shopping Network called HSN.COM and using the phone number your provided in your screenshot.

After you have done that, to assist EVERYONE, so no one else makes this mistake PLEASE update this report with the following:

What is the "Real" Home Shopping Network's Customer Service Phone Number?
What did the "Real" Home Shopping Network tell you about the "fake" site you reported?

HSN is the Home Shopping Network and they are NOT a fake company.   They are NOT going to just out of the blue start charging random cards.  The phone number you provided is a valid number to their Customer Service.

You need to contact HSN directly and see if you can find out what is going on.  Without an HSN Account and/or order number they MAY not be able to help you.  But it is worth a shot.

Also, contact your bank again and find out how the charges are still coming up.  You could have more than just your debit card compromised and it could be your entire account.
