When I was unhappy with the product, I opted to get a refund before the 60 money back guarantee from Mobile Money Machines, which expires in about 2 weeks. When I clicked on the link" I want to request a refund" on card query through SWReg concerning my order, it sent me to a page that said" There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

Should I go to the website anyway which is not recommended? What do I do?
