http://www.consistentpromotion.com/ Domenico (Dom) Greco Didn't provide the service/product and didn't give me a full refund! Internet

I received an e-mail about a service that Dom Greco was launching a site called http://www.consistentpromotion.com/ and I thought hey, less work for me, maybe I can work out a good deal with Dom. So, I e-mailed Dom and worked what I thought was a sweet deal.
We worked out a deal that would bring me 27,200 links monthly. We also
worked out exactly what type of links I wanted. I said No Blog
Comments, No Profile Links. I only want Video, New/Unique Articles in
Article Directories, New/Unique Press Releases on press release sites,
Blog Posts on existing Blogs, and Social Bookmarks. After I was billed
$1,000 for the second month I finally recieved my report. It was
horrible, not only did it have all the wrong type of links, there was
only 4020 links, 15%. So I e-mailed Dom back and he agreed to get it
fixed and done quickly so he could also get the new month (which I had
just been billed for) done before the month was up. 2 weeks later I had
received a new report showing less than 1/68th (1%) of the previous
months links. I was told that it takes 2 of his employees a whole day
to complete 1/68 of my order. So it would take 68 days to finish the
first months order and 68 additional days to finish the second order.
Dom decided this wasn't worth it, so he offered to give me 50% return. I
reminded him already promised me 100% return (I showed him his previous
e-mail). So he agreed to give me a full refund. Even though he agreed
to give me a full refund, which was $2,000 (2 months at $1,000) I only
got $1,000 back, and that was for the second month. After that he
stopped replying to my e-mails.
