This man was absolutely rude. I would have just accepted his reason but his email and his phone call was unprofessional and he cursed. This is the email he sent me. I''m sorry - purchases made on our website are non-refundable. If you let your child loose with your credit card of paypal account, we are unable to remedy your lack of oversight. The issue is that licenses that we issue, once issued, are non-recallable.

Do not order from them, they will not resolve your problems.
