Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
For some reason I decided to go see what my and my ex gf's baby would look like. I tried twice. Never got a picture. Got billed twice...once by PlayPhone Inc for $15 once by Funmobile for $10. Sent them an email right away advising of the situation...no response. Requested to STOP the sub, twice...we'll see if they bill me again. In retrospect - what was I thinking???

You should call up Playphone support and demand they stop all charges and "services" to your cell phone. Also demand any type of refund if possible
Playphone uses little scams like this to get $10-$15 out of every sucker (sorry) they can hit.
While on the phone with them, ask what services you paid for and how you can redeem them - only because it will be funny since their services don't work more than half the time and when I worked there they literally didn't know how to use their own billing systems and were not able to keep track of who signed up and how.
Playphone is a scam that targets non-techsavvy folks. There are likely thousands of people out there right now that are being charged by Playphone monthly and don't even know it because they don't look at their bill :-(
