Payments where withdrawn from bank account on the 17th and again on the 30th. Their withdraw practices are very unprofessional. When asked to have bill mailed to me,I was told that their company does not do that. I really don"t believe that. This is not the first time this has happened. I requested that the withdraw date be set for the second week of the month. I am looking for another internet provider. When I called concerning this, I was told thatthe bill where sent out the 1st of each month. The 30th is not the first of the month.
