On June 22nd I purchased what I though was a generator.After a few days not receiving a tracking number I contacted my bank to complain about a ripoff. I was reimbursed my money, but on the same day HUICHENG TRADE DEBITED my Acct. Again for 221.44. HUICHENG TRADE # T18177358808. and gave me a tracking number of LZ495833515CN. About 10-15 days later a package arrived that said 1-shoes-22QT 403-1002636920 . It turned out to be a pocket screwdriver set worth 5.00 MAX. When I contacted my bank to complain about a ripoff on July 12th Application Reference:2018-0716-1106-4099 the C.I.B.C bank redeposited my money but said that I have to return this goofy plastic screwdriver set to CHINA plus supply a tracking number for the bank which is going to cost approximately 80.00! So to send this goofy plastic screwdriver back to CHINA I'm getting burned for 80 bucks. If I don't return the screwdriver HUICHENG TRADE scoops my 221.44 dollars! PLEASE HELP. These companies have ripped us off enough.Being on a fixed income this really hurts and there is nothing the bank can do.
