I felt obligated to call fraud on this service and company for the fact that Human Resources at its core should protect the company through its knowledge of laws, interaction with executive leadership and employee relations. I worked with Mrs. Cordova at a former company just a few short years ago and she was in charge of H.R. at that time. The company culture was flipped and turned upside down by her lack of common sense and expertise. Mrs. Cordova who was a newlywed at the time started an affair with her boss who was also married.

Putting ethics aside both personally and professionally this is not the sort of decision making you want from your head of H.R. we had to endure her for legal reasons and once she left the company reverted back to normalcy. If anyone thinks I’m a disgruntle former employee I still work at the company and love coming to work these days.  STAY CLEAR!!!

Disgruntled Employee

It is unfortunate that a disgruntled employee has a vehicle to make to make such slanderous and erroneous remarks with complete anonymity. This employee is the relative of a former employee from a company I used to work for.  This employee’s relative was terminated for misconduct that cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. At the time, she left the owner of the company with no other choice but to terminate her employment. She has clearly taken her termination personally and is now lashing out at human resources for supporting the company in its decisions.

The company in question had no written policies, procedures or structure until I instituted them and made it a better place to work. When I resigned, I did so with recommendation and a party from a number of employees with whom I still keep in touch and have now become friendly.  I left to take an executive position with another company that has recently expressed interest in contracting with HumanageHR based on my accomplishments during my tenure with them. 

The post from this person was made to be vindictive and is factually incorrect.  I felt the need to address this only because I need to protect my name, my company, and my clients whom I feel would give a more accurate account of my knowledge, work ethic and integrity.  Should anyone have any questions or want recommendations about HumangeHR you can contact me by visiting my website at www.humanagehr.com.
