Hunters Glen Apartments have nothing but a bunch of theives as managers, and when they fire some, then they hire new theives to take their place. I was forced to move out of my apartment early when I began speaking to them about a transfer to a new one.

So they made me move out a month early so I would intenionally have to break my contract, but on the other hand couldn't get the apartment that I needed unless I did. The next thing I know I have a bill sitting in mailbox for over $1,400 of charges which none should have applied, sent from there owner Sun Ridge Management! I left the old apartment in such good of shape, my grandmother would have moved into it.

After arguing with them for over a month about it, they say they will reimburse my moving out early, take off all the charges, and give me back my deposit. It has been over two months since they originally told me this and still have yet to see it, yet the only thing they have to say "its in the mail!".

Then they said they will help work out something if you have a small problem making a full payment for a month, especially if you have never had a late payment in over 2 years. They work with you by charging you almost $50 dollars a day until you pay it in full.

Like I said, they will rip you off every chance they get, and if you live in Texas and you know how the housing situation is, they will take as much advantage as they can.
