I wanted to explain in detail how the children services took my daughter, for no apparent reason ad gave her to a maternal aunt who happens to be the caller to children services to get my daughter away from me. My daughter has never been abused, but the children services find it in their best interest, due to the one fact that the mother is handicapped and in a wheelchair, and cant take care of our daughter, now she has some bipolar issues and schizophrania, but in no way is deemed incompentant to take careof our daughter, as for i am there to help. the children services must be trained to come up with reasons on their own in order to accomplish their goal, and politely i say to take children away and get paid there high salaries, because if you have simple common sense then there are simple tests to find out if your child has been neglected, and or abused but in this case it took them over 3 years to figure it out, which so you understand my daughter was never abused, and never neglected. I am a father and did try to work at a job while my daughter was watched by friends and my other son, who is 17 and just as intellegent as me, but they came and found all kinds of petty reasons he was incompentent too, boy, we all must watch our backs when you get put under a microscope of your past because it will somehow be tied to a case, i once was upset at a bank and got upset because they wouldnt cash my check for some dumb reason and well that police report became the center of attention that i have anger issues and could snap and hurt my daughter, wow, didnt know that standing up for myself can be so damaging to my case, well it was and what can be done when you dont have that awesome 2500 fees attorneys charge ya before they will help, Im stuck with no such help. well anyways, they found a working lighter in the bedroom where my daughter sleeps, but as all parents do, well most do, ive already explained hot, or cold to my daughter, and she didnt have any mental issues as to where she would have to be told numerous times not to touch a lighter, so again, the courts and children services in norwalk ohio have made many accusations against me and made me look like a dumb parent, but in reality ive done all i could to be protective of my daughter, and even though the mother suffers from multiple mental issues and has MS and is in a wheelchair i still believe she is a mother, and can do alot of things that can be helpful in caring for our daughter, but the courts maintain that she is unable to assist or help in the wellbeing of our daughter. I have filed appeals and done them wrong as stated by toldedo ohio appeal court, so i didnt get anywhere with that, meanwhile, here is my now 5 year old daughter stuck in new jersey where i am unable to speak or see her, and the courts now just denighed me visitation due to the fact that they put her there its too far for the now full custodian of my daughters request, that i dont get to see or talk to her, due to threats i did make when, the person that has her now, took my daughter and her sister by force, and fled to new jersey in 2008, and in her care then was hitting her with a wooden spoon and pulling her hair, for dropping a bowl on floor and not going to bed, I would make that same threat to anyone who would harm my daughter in that fashion. but this is the woman who now has custody of my daughter and ive never done nothing but simple spanking of her butt which was through a pullup and clothes, and emmidiately after sat her down and explained to her why i did spank her, so where is the abuse, and ive never left my daughter in a bad situation, so where is the neglect, someone please help me before i snap and have to go kidnap my own daughter back by any means neccecary, and i dont want to have to resort to violence because in all reality that wouldnt help my daughter get home sooner, but what else can i do? or the real question is, what does anyone expect i will do when all else fails and the system keeps knocking me down. there needs to be more regulations filed that make it harder for them to take children from bilogical parents, especially when nothing has been done to harm this innocent child, but once courts are involved she is lost in new jersey where she didnt know the person who received custody, and only has been with her mother and father, wake up America and fight for what you believe in, and i will to my death, believe that!
