hxssga they sold me a bike for 69.95 i paid for through paypal, the sent me a usb cord, they said it was mistake would send again and didnt. Lake Havasu City Arizona

1st; it is so outrageous that the victim, me in this case will be assumed a crack pot.

they sold me a bike online at very low cost.  it is coming from china and has tracking number.

then they send me a usb cord; it arrives in mail and is so insignificant i ignore.  eventually i contact hxssga about bike; they say i already recieve; eventually i look at package usb cord is in and the tracking number is on it.  i photograph and send picture of it to them they say oops sorry; logistics mistake we will resend bike; here is new tracking number ; check on this site only.  i enter address for site and i get warning from microsoft not to enter.

eventually i contact paypal and they rule against me.  i am thinking someone at paypal is part of it and has a good thing going and plans to quit before stuff hits the fan.  i reported this to consumer reports and paypal hasnt gotten back to them yet.  the whole thing would be funny in a way but hey i am retired on a limited income and i suspect other victims are similar.
