I made reservations and paid ahead for travel to Nantucket for the Christmas Festival. Because we won't be taking our car to the island, there is a parking fee as well. When I inquired about handicap parking, I was told that there was handicap parking, but I would have to pay an additional cost of $15.00 to get a handicap spot. How is it legal for them to charge extra for handicap parking?
