Hyatt Regency Miami Charged Twice Miami Florida

Good afternoon,
I'd like to relate a problem which I'm going trough with the Hotel Hyatt Regency in Miami and I feel that I'll need support to solve it.

My girlfriend (Tarsila Nagao Mantovani) and I (Bruno Cardoso Silva) were going to Toronto from Brazil with a connection in Miami. When we arrived in Miami we received the information that our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm in Toronto and that we would be able to fly the next day.

Therefore we passed the night of December 29th to 30th at Hyatt Regency Miami, booked by our flying company American Airlines. AA gave us one voucher each for the overnight plus one voucher of $24 each for food. We handled in all vouchers during check in and we've been asked to give a credit card number just as a usual process and not to charge us.

To our surprise I realized that Hyatt hotel charged me in my credit card $159,87. I've already contacted American Airlines and Hyatt Regency, the flying company said that this is a problem of Hyatt, and I haven't heard a reply from Hyatt.

I need them to reverse this bill as soon as possible as the invoice is already closed. I hope you can help me in this unfortunate situation.
