Hydroderm Hydroderm stole $190.00 from my bank account ,after advertising the product for free. It claims only pay shipping & handling. They are internet thieves & no way to get my money back. Internet

Hydroderm advertised skincare products for free. The ad said pay only shipping & handling. I ordered both products, that totaled $190.00 from my account. The products came without any paperwork - invoice.... no contact info. I searched my emails for any communication from them...none.

I went back online to the ad& found a customer service number.Called several times, differenttimes & days. Thats when I checked the reviews ...they are a scam. This makes it hard to trust internet sales. This ad has been going for a while...how do we stop this kimd of fraud.
