Just wanted to thank the Gellman's for making the payment. We recieved it on the 7th, she used online bill pay and was in our mailbox today. We warrant our work for two years on the concrete so call us if we can provide any future service's.

We performed a service for Mrs. Gellman at her address on 11-24-2010, along with 40 of her neighbors, all of whom were satisfied and paid us for services rendered. Mrs Gellman said she was unhappy about how clean the concrete came so I went to look myself, the spot in question is where a different batch of concrete was used to finish her driveway when it was poured when the home was built and it is the color of the batch of concrete and would never change. She then after that brought up the fact that the paint around her windows was cracked and that somehow our chemicals we use damaged the paint. I simply told her if that was the fact It would have damaged the other 5000 houses a year we clean and isn't possible. I then asked for payment and was told she would mail the payment in. As of 12-4-2010 we have not received payment for our services and will allow her until 12-7-2010 to make a payment or I will be filing a lien on her property for the amount of 150.00. Then I will file in Fulton county Ga a small claims case against the Gellman's asking for the cost of the service, 150.00 plus all related expenses. Lien filing fee of 175.00 and cost of court filing of 75.00. I strive to satsfiy my customers, however this is a customer who really just wants us to provide it for free.

This company provides a quality service and product. Very professional, quick and easy to deal with. Many homeowners are VERY satisfied with their work. They did not ask for payment until the work was done. No upfront fees. No changing their quote and full disclosure of potential issues were discussed before work started.

It would have cost 3 times more and taken 2 days of our personal time to do the work this company does. Evidently the person filing this complaint wants to get out of paying for a quality job.
