This compay fraudulently reported minimum purchase ordes in the amount of $1M through public relations announcements with a large Mexico City fleet operation. In the company's subsequent 10-K filing they did not only did not realize this revenue, they noted that 'no significant purchase orders have been delivered to date'. The company blatantly misled shareholders and has been involved in previous OTC 'pump and dump' campaigns.
