this company sent us seats we did not order after leaving messages with no reply finaly some one said to try them or send them back. when we tried to get an rma thay said we could no longer return them we waited to long .i was never notified that thay were sending a defrent seat .
thay said there return polocy was 30 day return for damage of defective product the product is not damagedwe just cant use this style the polocy reads nothing about returning improperly shipped seats

Good prices

When I first came across the website I was afraid it was a scam because of the low prices. I thought I would go ahead and risk it and I am glad I did because the seats I bought a year ago are still in great condition. I strongly recommend doing business with hyperautoparts.com

I just came acrooss this review of hyperautoparts and as a customer who has bought from them for years, I just had to write this. I have bought racing seats, bodykits, fenders and many more items from this store and I have had a very positive experience with them.
I own a body shop so I need these parts often and I only shop with hyper auto parts because they have the best prices and excellent cusotmer service. They have been around for over 15 years so I'm sure they didn't make it in the business by ripping people off.
I once recieved a body kit which was damaged and I called them right of way and they took care of everything for me. They sent me another kit right of way. I think that you may have a had a bad experience because you should have called them right of way instead of waiting for a long time.
Every company has policies and maybe if you had called them in timely fashion, they would have taken care of your problem. I think it is unfair to trash a company when you are to blame for the problem in the first place. you should have called them earlier and I just went to their site and they do have the terms.conditions clearly listed on their website.
I would 110% recommend this company to anyone and I have to many of my friends who have also had a very good experience with them.
