Hypersoft Sneakers RIPOFF Vernon California

I ordered Hypersoft sneakers from an ad while playing a game.  Unfortunately, I did not do my research first.  They charged $44 for the sneakers, which the ad claims to be an INCREDIBLE deal, and it took nearly two months to receive them.  When I got them they were HUGE (not indicated to go at least one size down on website or any details about sizing).  When I sent and email to the address indicated (en-support@order-status.net), "Alice" gave me nothing but the runaround.  "She" was fine processing a replacement for a smaller size, but it took AT LEAST FIVE E-MAILS to get return instructions. 

After conducting research, I found that the exact same shoes are sold on Amazon and several other places under different names and for far less than $44.  Needless to say, I am returning the shoes (at my own cost, of course) and will never do business with "Hypersoft Sneakers" again.
