I-Roof Argumentative, Messy, Deceptive Atlanta, Georgia

I-Roof said they would be at my house on a Wednesday, no call, no show.  Saturday morning at 7 a.m. I was awakened by loud pounding on my roof.  They did not announce they were there to do the work and started before 8 a.m.  None of the roofers spoke a word of English and one relieved himself in my back yard.  They left trash in the gutters after I asked the to be sure to clean out the gutters, I am still finding nails in the yard, I have a bag of over 100 I've picked up myself.  I had to get them to redo a section where the shingles did not line up.  Worst of all, they charged me $12,000 for a small house of less than 1700 sq feet  (I've been told by other roofers since I definitely got ripped off).  Ceasar, the supervisor did never showed up when he said he would.  He called for the remainder of the money I owed him and I told him I wasn't going to pay him until they removed their garbage from my yard.  They left the dumpster for over 10 days after they completed the job. He called me to say he was almost at my house to collect the remainder of the money and would be there in less than 30 minutes.  I told him I had to be somewhere in 30 minutes but if he would be there, I would wait.  He assured me he was close to the house.  An hour and a half later he called to get directions from 400.  This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and definitely does not care about your property.
