I selected and ordered the 12 week plan. Silly me to think that just because I paid my money that I would get all of the plans I paid for! A few times I had to remind her to send the plans and at the end she just didn't send them. Yes, you read that correctly. She literally refused to send me what I paid for! She is very unprofessional.
The food on the plans consist of a lot of processed and high sodium products. I had very little vegatables or fruit. I would pass this site by and make an appointment with a nutrionist. They (nutritionists or dieticians) are supriingly cheaper than the cost of this processed laden meal plan and a much healthier way of losing weight.
Again, save your money. Don't be ripped of as I was. Spare yourselves the unprofessionalism. Good luck on your journey.
