i10 acessories i10 claims to offer a lifetime warranty but they don't

I bought in 11/2016 a lightning cable from that company because they claimed to offer a lifetime warranty. In 08/2017, the cable stopped working, and I emailed the company repporting the case. They asked me to fill in the warranty form, which I did. Three months later, having not received the cable, I emailed them again.

They replied: "Thank you for contacting i10 customer support. We have received your warranty request. As soon as we have more of that item in stock, we will ship your replacement. Have a great day." It is absolutely inappropriate for a company that claims to offer a lifetime warranty.
A warranty in such terms is worth nothing.Best regards, Daniel Gomes..

After having repported the case, I received an email from the company informing that a new cable was sent.

Problem solved.
