IAA North Hollywood IAA NoHo Dave Coleman damaging, stealing from and operating with a total lack of integrity Los Angeles CA

IAA NoHo is a branch that is poorly run starting with Dave Coleman, the branch manager.  I have purchased a few vehicles here and not a single one was as advertised.  The first had minor damage beyond what was depicted in the auction which is understandable.  The second vehicle I purchased from them had items stolen AFTER the took the pictures.  

The third vehicle purchased seemed to be in another accident AFTER the photos for the auction were taken.  The extra damage on this car was egregious and shows total lack of care and professionalism by employees expecting to hide behind IAA terms and conditions when something like this happens.  I made a complaint before I left the site and had to send an email to corporate 1 week later to even get a response.

 Another week goes by so I send another email and corporate said David Coleman (doesn't even have the courtesy to call me himself) offered to purchase the vehicle back if I transported it to my local IAA branch.  I drove 800 miles round trip so there were costs such as fuel, time, vehicle wear and tear, etc. that I need to be compensated for.
