I came across this report when I was searching for Ian Milefchik's name to write my own very positive review of my experience with him. My family and I have had extensive interactions with Mr. Milefchik over the course of the year. We recently purchased a home and Ian Milefchik was there to help us every step of the way. His sincerity, work ethic, and extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry made this whole experience so seamless for us. I would recommend Ian Milefchik to anyone looking to buy a home. Several of our friends are now working with him to refinance their homes and they could not be happier with his attentiveness and diligence through what could be a rather stressful process. Please don't believe everything you read on the internet. I wasn't planning on stopping here, but reading the above review made me stop and tell my experience with Ian Milefchik. 

 Ok we get it, this person missed an appointment with you. That doesnt justify putting thier personal information out on the web. THAT is a low down and dirty tactic by YOU. This person missing an appointment IS NOT a ripoff. All YOU have done is put YOURSELF in the crosshairs if this person YOU have defamed online a shot at taking YOU to civil court. So all you have shown is how NOT BRIGHT YOU ARE!!!!!
