IAPC award Center Anthony Lee I received a letter stating I was in final round of winning the Blue Series Xll, but they had to receive $9 payment in order to win $15,000. Kansas city Missouri

IAPC sent me a letter stating I was in final round to receive $15,000 but I had to send this so called award center $9 immediately in order to process my award in the Blue Series Xll contest that I had never entered. This letter is a scam for Anthony Lee to get hard working Americans money under false pretenses. The letter came in a bright red envelope with rush delivery on it. If you get this document do not respond and do not send any money, the $9 so called processing fee back to Kansa, MO address.
