I purchased software download and disks. I was unable to complete download (it was taking days) and when disk was received it was blank. I bought their "30 day coverage" to allow me more than the 1 week to complete process. Next week they were "No longer available". The only response to any inquiries I have received was they Standard March 1st memo. They have my money and I do not have the product I purchased.
