I.C. System, Inc. Belittling, scoffing, pushy, rude, intrusive, called me a "juvenile", refused me access to speak to supervisor St. Paul Minnesota

I am filing this report against I.C. System, Inc. I am filing this because of the terrible service I recieved and the degrating way I was spoken to. When I recieved the first phone call I had company over so I was busy. I didn't even answer the phone, my 3 year old son did. When I got on the phone the woman on the other line did not identify herself in anyway, only asked for me by my first name. I told her that I wasn't home, she asked for the number to where I was at. I told her there was none, and asked for her name and what the call was in regards to. She only said to call back. So after my company left I called back to see what was going on. The SAME woman who called earlier answered the phone. Since I didn't know who her company was and what it was all about I just said, "My name is so and so, I was returning a call from earlier, someone called me from this number." She sounded almost startled, and said "What?". I repeated myself and she said she was calling to collect money from my bank. All the while having a very bitter undertone. I didn't think much of it at the time thinking maybe she has a naturally dry personality. Then she said this is your balance "How much are you paying today?" In a more demanding was as opposed to a question. I asked her if she did payment plans and she said "ugh, yes we do" Then she asked how much I could pay today. I told her nothing.( That's about what I have literally $6 to spend to my name until next pay check.) She basically told me to find someone to borrow it from. I was very surprised at her boldness, so I got frustrated and confronted her on her cynical tone. And told her I didn't appreciater her being so rude. She denied the rudeness and tried to turn it around on me. I asked to speak to her supervisor she flat out said NO. Like she knew I had no one else to talk to. I told her you can not deny me if I request to speak to your supervisor. She then scoffed and said Juvenile. i said, "You can't talk to me like that! This phone call is recorded. You told me sit was. I'm glad this is recorded." I then told her I was calling my bank and setting up my payments through them and she said she was going to mark that I was being uncooperative and was going to proceed to put my account into collects.

When I got off of the phone I was in tears, I NEVER been spoken to in such a disrespectful way, ever. My son was standing there asking me why I was sad telling me not to cry. I have never felt so lost and helpless. So I went online to see how I could file a complaint against this horrible girl. And while I was searching for that company I came accross a website with a story so similar to mine it was uncanny. So that is my nightmare with this company and I hope there are consequenses to their actions.
