IC*freeshipping.com proflowers I purchased flowers from proflowers.com and was supposed to have frees shipping. Nationwide

I bought flowers from Proflowers.com and based on the price I was to receive free shipping. Yesterday, 2 June 2016, IC*freeshipping.com billed my account for $12.95 without my consent. That credit card nolonger exists.

FreeShipping.com is a subscription e-commerce site that works with over 1,000 retailers to offer members 10% cash back on purchases, shipping rebates, price protection and exclusive coupons. ProFlowers is one of the retailers we work with which is why you were able to sign up for our service through an offer on their site.
We offer users a 7-day free trial to check out our site and get a feel for how it works and the benefits associated. Upon sign up, we provide details of this offer directly above where you entered your credit card information. The following is stated here:
"If you decide not to continue your FreeShipping.com membership, simply log on to cancel during your review. Otherwise, we'll automatically extend FreeShipping.com benefits for just $12.97 a month, billed to the credit card you authorize. Your credit card will not be charged during your review period."
Since you did not opt to cancel your account during your 7-day trial period, we automatically enrolled you in our service as an active member. Our active members pay a monthly fee of $12.97 a month.
