If this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.

We are unable to locate this account with the first name and last name initial provided in the complaint. If we could be provided with the phone number used, or email address used or the actual customer's city of residence, we can locate the account and provide a refund.
