Went to work for Icoat and Tim Phelps in May of 2015, I agreed to work for less then minimum wage Which is Illegal in the state of AZ, I am sure Mr Phelps was aware of that fact I was not. I agreed on the promise that i would be compensated once we got the business to the next level, which we were able to do in 2016. Instead of compensating those that helped the business get to the next level as Mr Phelps could be over heard bragging to his friend how well the business was doing that he went on a spending spree, buying a Harley condo for one of his girlfriends and a new car for Christmas after he got busted by his office manger/girlfriend/fiance receiving half nude Pictures of one of our customers.
Mr Phelps to get out of paying me my wages decided that it was in his best interest to say that I stole of his property and sold some of his GARBAGE leads that no body in their right mind would do. So I sued the sleize bag and it was decided and thanks to the judge he got of EASY my judgement is only for 6,993 way less then what he should have been ordered to pay.

Icoat Continues to Stall

1/9/2020 The fight continues with this dead beat company, It's owners I swear are two of the MOST unreasonable people I have ever had the pleasure of trying to reason with. For more than a year Tim Phelps has been avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails.
Not expecting any response I set a demand letter shortly before Thanksgiving and to my surprise Tim responded with partical payment, I reluctantly accepted his terms and his promise to pay commencing Dec 15. Mind you he would have gotten a 500 dollar discount by paying as agreed But Tim is not a very wise man as it took a second demand letter for payment as Tim decided to default on his OWN agreement.
His payment was due Dec 15, On Dec 25 I sent my second letter. This clown has somebody call me on the 27th to tell me they would be sending a check that day. I told that young lady not to waste her time as I would only send it back. So then I can another copy of the agreement from Tim who conveniently skips over the parts that he is suppose to do to highlight my part when he's Already reneged on his part of the deal. The Nerve Of Some People!
So today I filled the necessary paperwork to get this gut back into court. I don't know maybe the judge has a magic brick he can drop on Tims hard head as the guy just doesn't get that he is not above the law. I am so hoping the judge slaps him with a nice fat punitive damage bill as well
