I purchased a Nordic Track recumbent exercise bike from a local Sears store. We had it delivered. The bike worked sporadically when first used.

I contacted Icon Fitness who services Nordic track products. They would not replace the product. Sent only parts to fix or repair the product. I received five shipments of parts. The product is still not working.
