I purchased a car from icon motors in nashville tn on aug 4th 2018. The check engine light came on with in a week. The car they sold me had blood stains on inside upholstery that they claimed was coffee until i had it tested. it was blood. the power steering goes out when im DRIVING!!! The car has been in the shop for 5 times over 2 months. The check engine light is on again and it will not pass emissions. so that means i cant get tags on the piece of s***. You say they allegedly inserted "loopholes" in the financing contract. What are these "loopholes"??? If these alleged loopholes were bothersome, why are you here today writing this complaint? Any SMART CONSUMER would have READ the contract BEFORE signing the contract and if there were any clauses or stipulations which were not agreeable, the SMART CONSUMER would NOT have signed the contract! Oh, let me guess...YOU didn't even bother to READ the contract, you just signed it where they told you to sign. Smart! Real, real smart! Now that there's a problem, you're looking for some way to defame them, when in reality you just admitted to the world you didn't even bother to READ what YOU were being obligated to! Then we have a few other COMMON SENSE matters to deal with. If you saw this stain, why did you even agree to take the car BEFORE it was cleaned up? If you bought this car "As Is", did you even READ the disclosure statement about THAT? Incredible! Where do you people come from? Oh by the way, don't waste your effort because I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them!
