This guys are a bunch of thieves including Claudio Ballard- well known as a con man as well as his buddy Alan Lubinsky. There whole story is a lie. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY. The SEC and Justice Department have been onto these guys and it's only a matter of time before they are in jail. Run don't walk away from Iconic Motors and DataTreasury, Ballard's other shell company
