I have been contacted by I.C sytems on numerous occassions ,stating I owe $62.37 to paypal.I recieve this letter a few weeks ago.I wrote them stating not only are this charges false,but I nver had an account with paypal in the first place! I stated that paypal too money out of my bank account without me knowing and unauthorize as well.I never answer the phone .I just hope that they will stop calling me or I will have to figth this no choice.is their anything I can do?
